I founded LD ink in 2007. I'm a passionate storyteller, logophile, and creative thinker. The right story, the perfect word, and ideal message can move and engage an audience. My career started in New York City working for publishing powerhouses like Hearst and Hachette Filipacchi. It was an incredible entry into the exciting world of lifestyle and specialty magazines. I enjoyed roles at Home and Country Living and to this day, I still love magazines and firmly believe print will always be relevant even in the digital age. These days I freelance contribute to Frisco Style and I've also contributed to magazines like Bergen Health & Life and The Hook in the NYC metro area. Publishing parlayed into roles at NYC PR-firms and advertising agencies. I represented brands like Starbucks Ice Cream, Vaseline, Casio G-Shock watches, and Panasonic. So many funny, interesting and amazing stories came out of those NYC PR-heyday times, but we'll save those for later. Suffice to say, I wouldn't change any of it. There's no better marketing training than being in the trenches and launching national brands while traveling across the country! Fast forward to 2013 and a relocation to Frisco, Texas. Here I have been fortunate to find several different high-level strategic marketing roles: IT services companies, healthcare, hospitals, and more. One common theme has run throughout these positions: creating exceptional content. I'm happy to be creating great branding, stories, and messaging that helps reach the right audience!
